The Ripple Effect of Change: How One Shift Can Impact Everything

        The phrase "Change, it starts with me" is a powerful reminder that the responsibility for making an improvement in the world rests exclusively with our own individual actions. We frequently look to others or outside forces to bring about change, but the most effective changes start within us.

          This means we must examine our own attitudes and behaviors thoroughly in order to identify areas where we can improve and have a positive impact. It requires self-reflection and a willingness to examine our own beliefs and values.

          Every person has the capacity to learn and grow, and by changing ourselves, we can inspire others to do the same. When we accept responsibility for our actions and strive to be better versions of ourselves, we create a ripple effect that has the potential to lead to larger changes in our communities and society. For example, if we want to see a more inclusive and accepting society, we can begin by examining and changing our own biases and prejudices. We can create a more welcoming and accepting society by treating others with kindness and respect. Likewise, if we want to protect the environment, we can begin by changing our own daily habits, such as reducing our use of single-use plastics. 

        Change can be terrifying, and it may seem easier to point fingers and blame others for the problems we see in the world. However, by taking responsibility for our own actions and working toward positive change, we can build a better future for ourselves and those around us. 

         In conclusion, the phrase "Change, it starts with me" reminds us that we have the power to affect positive change in the world by first changing ourselves. In order to inspire positive change in others, we must accept responsibility for our own actions and be willing to learn and grow. We can make the world a better place if we all work together.

A Light in the Dark

   

 Mother's day is an important holiday that should be celebrated to honor our mothers and recognized the hard work and sacrifices they make. My mother has been a great role model to me and has been there for me throughout the years. She has supported me in all of my endeavours.

      Mother’s day is a special day to show our appreciation and love for our mothers. It is an opportunity to express our gratitude and thank our mothers for all that they have done for us. My mother has been a great source of strength in my life. She has always been willing to help me and give me advice whenever I have needed it. She has always there for me, no matter what. My mother has been a great teacher and mentor to me. She has taught me the importance of being kind and compassionate, as well as how to be strong and independent. She has also shown me how to value other people's feelings and to be a good listener's.

      On Mother's Day, we spent our day at the beach with my family. We picnic and enjoy; we swim in the ocean; we enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore; and we enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sunset. On that day, I also thank my mother for all that she has done for me, for all the love and support she has given me. I am grateful for her guidance and for all the wisdom she has imparted to me. I love my mother, and I'm proud to call her my mom.

Honor the Workers

   

    Labor Day, also known as International Workers Day, is a national holiday dedicated to the labor or working community of a society. It is also known as Mayday because it is celebrated on the first of May every year. The day recognizes the value of workers and honors them for their hard work. 

   Labor Day recognizes and honors the contributions of workers to society, as well as their hard work and dedication. This day serves as a reminder to all workers of the importance of fair labor practices, social protection, and human rights. Workers Day is extremely important because it brings workers together, allows them to gather their thoughts, and allows them to spend time with their loved ones. Protests and programs are being organized by various organizations and labor unions to improve laborers' wages and working conditions. Workers are the backbone of our economy and should be treated with dignity.

  Furthermore, celebrating Labor Day serves as a reminder that we can continue to fight for policies that promote decent employment opportunities and improve working conditions not only locally, but also globally. As businesses expand globally, our advocacy must be matched by efforts from governments responsible for protecting their citizens' welfare, particularly when they work abroad, such as OFWs and seamen.

    Labor Day is promoted by the Central Labor Union primarily to protect labor rights. The labor force is the backbone of any society, accounting for more than half of all occupations. As a result, we must commemorate it in order to make every day a little better for our workers.
